We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

StickerTones is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

If there is an unavailable item in your order, we will ship to you that item as soon as it becomes available. The item's shipping costs will be based on the item's weight and your location. The costs for shipping for your items are not refundable. The delivery date varies depending on carrier shipping practices, method of delivery, quantity of items, and delivery location. In some cases, products may be delivered in separate shipments. 

Additional shipping charges may apply depending on order size and customer location. All taxes are under responsibility of the customer, namely, sales tax, value added tax, excise duties and custom duties.
