RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our products are made to order. We do not refund due to 'change of mind'. All sales are final. We will provide a refund if the product has been damaged or has any issues. 
CRITERIA FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Damaged Product / Manufacturer's Defect
If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We will require photo evidence of this via email to support@stickertones.com

We will require you to send us a picture of the product with the damage and we will inspect if it meets our criteria for return and exchange. Once we approve, we will ask you to send the damaged product back to us at our Fulfillment & Trading Office in China.

StickerTones™ will not cover return postage fees. Once our fulfillment and trading center has received the item we will send you a brand new product at no cost.

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive back exactly what you paid for the product and nothing more.

For manufacturer's defect we must be notified within 7 days of order delivery.

Product not as described
If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description. We will honor a return for a full refund or exchange for a different item.

Product lost in transit
If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! The one condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure their address is correct.

Customer has given the wrong address
Once the product is already with the shipping company we cannot change the address. Any address you have placed while ordering is final. We will not give any refund or resend any product due to any wrong given addresses.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
We only offer refunds if we have made a mistake in the process of your order. If a refund is approved, you will be issued a full refund with no shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
