You can check your order status and track your item in our Track Order page.
If 48 hours has passed and movement has not been reflected on the Order Tracking page.
If it has been more than 48 hours since the shipping of your order and and there is still no movement on the Track Order page or 2 days have passed since the last track update, contact us at email@example.com
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds.
Note: If for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement! Please visit our Refund Policy Page.
IF YOU HAVE GIVEN THE WRONG ADDRESS...
The address is already final once you have placed your order. The product has already been sent over to the shipping company and we no longer have control to change the address. We do not give refunds due to wrong given addresses.
WHY IS THE COLOR OF MY PRODUCT SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE WEBSITE?
The monitor's color setting of the device you used to view the product can vary. Therefore, the color may be different from the product you receive. StickerTones™ prints colors true to the artists specifications.
